Ingredients

  • 2 c all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 3 eggs beaten

  • 2 cups milk

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • Vegetable Oil for the pan

Instructions

In a large bowl, Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Next make a well in the flour mixture and pour eggs and milk in the well (a hole in the middle of the flour mixture made by pushing the flour out of the middle and up the sides).

With a wooden spoon mix together just enough to blend, then add melted butter. Mix in the butter but not too much. The batter should still be lumpy for best results. Lightly grease a non-stick pan or griddle and pour small amounts of batter into the skillet. The amount of batter depends on the size of pancake you want. Typically, about 4”.

Cook about 3 minutes until small bubbles form in batter. Flip and cook the other side. Serve with any of your favorite toppings!
