Asian Skillet Dumplings

Sensory Objectives

Browning, then steaming so first crispy then soft. The opposite of most foods. Usually something starts soft and you fry it to keep it crispy. Chewy-in a good way.

Speech Objectives

Chewy? Soft? Crispy? These all describe the dumplings. The sauce is sweet and spicy too. Does a lot of Asian food tend to be sweet, spicy and salty, all at the same time?

Instructions
